fernanda ramos mena (Mex, 1991) is a dysfunctional curator and writer. Based on care and empathy, she explores art at the intersection of archival practices and literary strategies as tools of criticism, historical vindication, and ecological imagination. She was associate curator at the Museo de Arte Moderno, CDMX, where she created public programs and exhibitions focused on other narratives of the archive from a feminist perspective. Her essays reflect on the work of female artists from Latin America, traversing collective relationships with other beings, care, active listening, and voice. Some of her texts have been published in magazines and publications such as Luvina (MX), The Brooklyn Rail (USA), La Tempestad (MX), Artishock (CL), Terras (NL), Chiquilla Te Quiero (MX), and ESPAC (MX). She lives and works in Mexico City.
